Since becoming a professional Magician I have performed in Manchester a number of times, however the photograph above was taken at Manchester City's Stadium. I am sitting with the 1969 FA Cup Winning Team.
They beat Leicester by one goal that year. It was a great event with a superb after dinner speach by Steve Daley. As a Manchester Magician I have performed at many corporate events but this was special and the people were very hospitable.
I have also lectured to magicians in Manchester, which is an interesting experience. A very different audience to the corporate one that I am used to. I enjoy the challenge of keeping forty of fifty professionals or semi professionals who have seen everything interested. Manchester Magicians are very similar to us Londoner's, they always have a pack of cards in their hand.
